186 N Main St, Logan, UT 84321 We are looking to hire a new Taproom Manager at Home Range Brewing. Home Range is a small neighborhood brewery in the heart of Logan. Not only are we passionate about craft beer (which we take mostly very seriously), but we strongly believe that our our team, or community, and our surrounding environment are are equally important to the core mission of what we do. Since we opened in May of 2025, we have grown to become a strong team of unique, kind, & hardworking folks, and we are now seeking to add a Taproom Manager to our ranks, as or current Taproom Manager will be shifting to a new exciting role. The role of Taproom Manager will be focused on daily taproom operations and supporting our team of amazing bartenders.
Responsibilities:
Monthly 1:1s with Bartenders Daily Checklists (updating and ensuring they are completed to our standards) Regular Deep Cleans Liquor/Cocktail Inventory Management New Hire Training & Onboarding General cleanliness and organization of employee spaces (break room, behind bar, janitorial closet) Reservations & Private Events Merch Management Updating & Organizing POS (Toast) Daily collaboration with Operations Manager and Ownership on shared tasks Shared Tasks May Include Hiring Ongoing Training Event Planning Recurring Internal Meetings (weekly, monthly, etc) Updating and Printing Menus Social Media Cocktail Program (Monthly Cocktail) Qualifications Minimum 21 Years of age Previous leadership experience Previous bar, restaurant, coffee, or craft beer experience preferred (but not required) Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
