Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced PitMaster to join the County Boys BBQ Crew! Applicants MUST have recent Pit experience, current ServSafe certification is preferred and may qualify for increased starting pay. Candidates should have experience operating all smokers (wood fire and gas). Specific job duties, scheduling, compensation, and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process. Please note that all new hires are subject to a 60-day probationary period. The ideal candidate will :

- Demonstrate strong mulitasking skills
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain BBQ equipment and smokers
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the BBQ pit area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a PitMaster or BBQ Cook in a restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong understanding of the BBQ industry and trends
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
