Bellevue, WA Schedule:
Early morning shift, around 5:00 AM start time
Job Type:
Part-time or full-time, depending on experience and availability
Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake sea salt rolls / shio pan in the morning Help with dough preparation, shaping, proofing, baking, and finishing Follow recipes and production standards consistently Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient Help prepare other bakery items when needed Work with the team to make sure products are ready before opening
Requirements:
Baking or bakery kitchen experience preferred Experience with bread, pastry, or laminated dough is a plus Must be reliable and able to work early morning shifts Able to follow recipes and instructions carefully Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Food handler card required or willing to obtain We are looking for someone who is: Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable with repetitive production work Passionate about baking and product quality Able to work independently after training
Pay:
