Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Barrel Roller, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line. This energetic position involves handling barrels with precision and care, supporting the brewing process, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Safely maneuver and position barrels throughout the production and packaging areas using mechanical knowledge and forklift equipment when necessary Assist in the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of barrels to meet HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards Support the brewing process by ensuring barrels are properly filled, sealed, and prepared for distribution Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, adhering to strict food safety protocols Conduct routine inspections of equipment and barrels to identify potential issues or safety hazards Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during packaging and storage operations Follow all safety guidelines related to machinery operation, sanitation procedures, and warehouse practices Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or food industry environments preferred Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is highly desirable Familiarity with sanitation procedures, HACCP standards, and CGMP regulations essential for ensuring food safety Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus Experience in brewing or craft beer production is advantageous but not required Strong understanding of packaging processes within a food or beverage setting Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and quality assurance Join us as a Barrel Roller and become part of a passionate team committed to producing exceptional products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
