Stottle Winery is an award-winning, ultra-premium winery with tasting rooms in Lacey, Hoodsport, and our newest location in Covington, WA . We're growing—and looking for a friendly, motivated full-time tasting room associate to help us create an exceptional guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sharing their passion for wine, connecting with people, and being part of a small, supportive team.

What We Offer:

Typical total pay ranges from $20-$40/hour , depending on tips, commissions, and performance Cash and electronic tips in addition to hourly pay Wine club sign-up commissions 30% employee discount on wine A relaxed, professional environment with opportunities to grow in the wine industry

Typical Work Schedule:

Wednesday through Sunday, 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM Full-time hours (approx. 30-35 hours/week), with flexibility based on business needs

What You'll Do:

Greet guests warmly and guide them through memorable wine tastings Share your knowledge of our wines and promote wine club memberships Provide top-notch customer service that builds lasting relationships Operate the POS system and maintain customer records Open and close the tasting room, restock wine, and maintain a clean, inviting space Assist with special events and inventory as needed

We're Looking For:

Someone 21+ with a passion for wine and people A positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel) Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods A MAST permit (or willingness to obtain one)

Bonus:

experience in hospitality, restaurants, or a wine-related field
