Cellarman / Brewer

About the Role Iron Horse Brewery is hiring a Cellarman / Brewer in Ellensburg, WA. We're looking for someone with professional brewery experience who is confident working in a production environment focused on quality, efficiency, and teamwork. This role is heavily focused on cellar operations and beer processing, with brewing support responsibilities as well. Experience operating a centrifuge is strongly preferred.

Our production facility includes:

30 bbl automated BrauKon brewhouse Manual whirlpool operation GEA centrifuge system Fast-paced production environment Holacracy / flat management structure focused on ownership and accountability Responsibilities include: Centrifuge operation Beer transfers Carbonation Dry hopping Yeast harvesting and management Tank cleaning / CIP Fermentation monitoring ATP testing and PCR testing Brewing support Production troubleshooting and quality control

Qualifications:

Professional brewery experience required Cellar experience required Brewing experience required Centrifuge experience strongly preferred Familiarity with brewery quality and sanitation practices Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to work independently and collaboratively Forklift experience preferred
