Working Owner Restaurant/Brewery

Our company, which operates two medium-large sized full service restaurants and is expanding to a brewery operation in the next few months is looking for an active working owner. This owners duties would be fully compressive of everything involved in running a restaurant & brewery. Time will most likely be split 75-25 management to on the floor working. Management time will most likely be spent best utilizing the new owners skillset. We are looking for individuals willing to give everything they have towards a business and industry they are passionate about. Entrepreneur, owner, teamwork, and community driven mindsets are required. We will have a 6 month trail to ownership available in addition to normal employee pay, tips, and bonuses.
