We exist to create unforgettable experiences that connect community and celebrate the art of brewing. We offer a wide variety of beer with a focus on traditional German-style ales and lagers. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced cellarman or brewer to join our team and take a key role in our brewing operations. This position requires expertise in operating a 15 BBL, 3-vessel brewhouse, along with a deep understanding of the brewing process from grain to glass. The ideal candidate is passionate about craft beer, detail-oriented, and dedicated to producing high-quality, consistent brews. Currently, we are staffing to brew 4000bbls in 2026 (our goal). We operate out of two facilities, one with cold storage and cooperage storage and the other is our downtown facility where we brew, wash kegs and pour beer. Although we operate out of two separate facilities, we focus on maintaining a strong team dynamic. Key Responsibilities Execute all aspects of brewing, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, and wort cooling Manage yeast handling, fermentation monitoring, and cellaring operations Ensure adherence to brewery SOPs and quality control standards Work closely with the production team on recipe development and process improvements Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all brewing equipment and workspaces Monitor and record brewing data to ensure consistency and efficiency Assist with packaging (kegging, canning, bottling) as needed Troubleshoot equipment issues and work with maintenance personnel on repairs Participate in sensory panels, beer evaluations, and QA/QC initiatives Uphold safety protocols and OSHA compliance in all brewing activities Qualifications & Experience 1+ years of professional brewing experience (preferably on a 5+ BBL system) Strong knowledge of brewing science, raw ingredients, and fermentation processes Experience with yeast management, CIP/SIP procedures, and brewery equipment troubleshooting Ability to lift 55+ lbs repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Passion for craft beer Strong work ethic Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends consisting of about 1-2 hours of work.
