Raw Dairy Operations Technician

A growing dairy manufacturing company in Vernon County, Wisconsin is seeking a Raw Dairy Operations Technician to support daily processing operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role offers the opportunity to learn multiple production functions while supporting safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Dairy manufacturing experience required! Schedule Day and Night 12-hour shifts available Responsibilities Support raw dairy processing operations and equipment changeovers Conduct quality checks and maintain production documentation Monitor processes and communicate equipment or product concerns Follow GMPs, SOPs, sanitation, and food safety standards Assist with inventory counts, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide coverage across multiple production areas as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Dairy manufacturing experience required 2+ years of manufacturing or processing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and sanitation practices is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
