Varies About Earth Ranch Earth Ranch is a growing food manufacturing company specializing in food dehydration. We are committed to producing high-quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. Position Summary Earth Ranch is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to join our team in Jackson, WI. This position plays an important role in the manufacturing process by operating production equipment, handling food products, maintaining sanitation standards, and preparing ingredients for production. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate and monitor food processing and packaging equipment. Handle and process food products according to company procedures. Follow all food safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Pre-weigh ingredients accurately according to production specifications. Case pack finished products and prepare them for shipment. Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas. Complete required production and quality documentation. Assist with product changeovers and production setup as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to read and write in either English or Spanish. Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
