  • 2:30am or 3:00pm
  • 3:30am (5 Days / Week) We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team in Fond du Lac, WI.

Bakery Production Associate Responsibilities:
  • Assist with placing and feeding dough onto the production line
  • Refill flour sifters to maintain continuous production flow
  • Prepare and portion fillings for production use
  • Help smash and shape dough to meet product standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Place finished sheet pans on racks and handle products carefully
  • Work efficiently to keep up with a high-volume production environment Requirements for
Bakery Production Associate:
  • Candidates with a strong work history and job longevity preferred
  • Food manufacturing experience highly preferred
  • Packaging or production line experience a plus
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome, but experience in fast-paced environments is beneficial
  • Reliable, consistent attendance is a must
  • Ability to stand for 10-12 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs
