Salary:
Depending On Experience (DOE) This position is responsible for the proper scheduling of slot personnel on their respective shifts and provides guidance and information pertaining to slot operations by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff, as well as demonstrating the
GILA WAY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests. Walks the floor, ensuring an excellent guest experience, observing slot performance and handling disputes. Ensures that payouts are performed in a timely manner. Develops schedules to ensure efficient floor coverage and excellent customer service. Reviews daily logs and paperwork and takes action as appropriate. Documents slot transactions and other activities on a daily basis. Performs administrative duties such as creating correspondence, memos, email and telephone calls. Interfaces with regulatory agency staff as required. Assigns and checks in/out all change banks as necessary. Maintains check and comp signing authority according to policy. Meets with slot personnel and management daily. Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.. Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises multiple slot employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Skills/ Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experienced in Slot Operations. Supervisory experience preferred. Proficient in the use of personal computers Microsoft Office Suite Software and Enterprise specific programs. Ability to perform the

Must possess excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships as well as to gain the cooperation of guests and fellow team members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. This position must have, or an ability to acquire within one year, an in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of Enterprise Policies and Procedures, governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to their responsibilities.
