Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests. Follows up on technician assignments and progress. Walks floor, checking slot machine condition and assigning technicians to complete repairs. Ensure timely response of technicians to service calls. Works with TGO and state to perform machine inspections. Ensures the timely and efficient repair and/or maintenance on slot machines Performs other special projects and duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises multiple technical employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. HS Diploma or equivalent required. Experience in slot machine or electronic maintenance/telecommunication/computer required. Must have basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software. Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and agree to maintain a Drug-Free Workplace as a condition of employment. Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment.
