Table Games Pit Boss

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management of the Blackjack Dealers, and all games and operations on shift and to ensure our Customers are provided with the finest possible facilities, equipment, service and courtesy. Controls work scheduling, performance monitoring, game action and players. Ensures games are dealt and collections taken in agreement with casino operating practices. Requirements Must be 18 years or older to apply. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and adhere to the Tribal/Gaming's Drug and Alcohol policy. Must be available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Requirements:

Prefer 3 years directly related gaming experience, including live table games. Prefer 3 years managerial/supervisory experience. Full-time, benefited position, starting rate $18.27-$24.31. Must pass a background security check prior to and during the course of employment. Open until filled.
