Lead Bingo SupervisorSummary The Bingo Shift Supervisor assists the Bingo Lead Supervisor in the hiring, training of staff to ensure the overall efficient operation of the Bingo department. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly manages the Bingo Floor Clerk, Paper Room Attendant, Paymaster and the Bingo Caller in the Bingo Department and assists the Bingo Manager in responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all Bingo staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

- Supervises a minimum of employees engaged in a variety of duties associated with Bingo operations.
- Plans, assigns and directs work, appraises performance, addresses complaints and resolves problems, and ensures adherence to all Casino policies and procedures.
- Assists in the implementation of Bingo promotions.
- Ensures compliance with Internal Controls to maintain accountability of Bingo inventory and supplies.
- Fosters and maintains positive staff and player relations, as well as establishes a rapport with clientele.
- Proficient in the Bingo Floor Clerk, Paper Room Attendant, Paymaster and Bingo Caller roles and fill in when required.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Credit Card Compliance requirements commonly known as PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance by attending training provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management. Signature verification of course attendance will be required.
- Responsible for following the PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliance regulations to protect card holder data and adhere to the standards to protect guests' private card information. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting inappropriate card handling activity, of either customers or by employees, as defined by PCI.
- Responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations, under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position. This includes, but is not limited to, observing and reporting suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management and outlined in the Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls.
Education and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED required. Some college or vocational training/education beyond high school is preferred. One or more years engaged in Bingo operations or two or more years in management. Knowledge of Casino Cage operations of financial banking cashier is desirable. Computer SkillsBasic PC required.
