15% performance bonus opportunity + standard benefits; open to relocation The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all bar and beverage operations for a casino property in Central California. This role ensures high-quality beverage execution, strong financial performance, and an engaging guest experience across multiple outlets in a fast-paced gaming environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Beverage Manager or Bar Manager in a high-volume restaurant, nightlife, or casino setting Strong knowledge of beverage programs, inventory control, and cost management Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams in a high-energy, service-driven environment Responsibilities Oversee daily beverage operations across bars and service outlets, ensuring quality and consistency Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial targets Lead, train, and develop bar teams while maintaining compliance with safety and alcohol service regulations
