EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION REQUIRED
7+ years of experience in gaming/esports marketing, with proven success in strategic leadership and large-scale program execution. Deep understanding of the global and regional esports ecosystem, including publishers, teams, leagues, and emerging trends. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results. Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior executives. People management experience with a proven track record in hiring, training, and motivating teams. Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets and resource plans. Advanced proficiency in project management and business planning tools; strong presentation and communication skills. Travel 30-40% Permanent Benefits eligible
