Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the daily operation of park zones, and administering daily assignments for the teamÂ
• Complying with and enforcing all aspects of the Park Services training program, including the daily application and supervision of all training procedures, policies, and documentationÂ
• Writing and updating a department schedule; assisting in specialized recruiting when appropriateÂ
• Answering guest questionsÂ
• Motivating and interacting with Supervisors, Leads, and Team MembersÂ
• Coaching Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members to monitor efficiency standards and achieve cleanliness standard across the parkÂ
• Auditing the skills and performance of department Team Members, Leads, and SupervisorsÂ
• Coaching and developing Team Members on guest service, training, safety, and efficiencyÂ
• Overseeing the development of Supervisors and LeadsÂ
• Completing and maintaining all formal documents and audit forms used on a daily basis in the departmentÂ
• Enforcing all Six Flags Discovery Kingdom policiesÂ
• Assisting in other areas of the Park Services DepartmentÂ
• Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of ageÂ
• Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English languageÂ
• Previous park services experienceÂ
• Be available to work flexible hours at night, weekends and holidays
