Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Correctly perform machine key chip setup functions of slot equipment/device Troubleshoot using diagnostic table/equipment to board level of all slot devices Perform preventive maintenance of slot equipment/machines and system Assist in Customer/Gaming/Audit discrepancies as needed Basic understanding of electronics Thorough understanding of ICMP, Colorado Rules and Regulations and internal policies as pertaining to Slots, machine moves, conversions, progressives, installs and upgrades Assist Slot Floor staff when needed Assist CDOG with gaming disputes, thefts, and compliance issues Capable of performing machine variance investigations Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
Must be fluent in English Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, gaming documents and troubleshooting manuals High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience Prior slot technician experience Must possess a valid Colorado Gaming License Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States Don't want to drive to Black Hawk?
