Job Description
The Lead Must be familiar with all aspects of the operation relating to special services; oversees the operation, employees and directs shifts. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused candidate for this position. The ideal individual will have strong communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and provide excellent customer service.

Important Note:
Due to the nature of this position, flexibility is essential. If a flight is delayed, the candidate must be willing and able to stay until all flights are completed for the day. Must be familiar with all aspects of the operation relating to special services; oversees operation, employee groups, and directs shift coordination; provides on-site recurring training as required; acts as liaison between American and contract staff. Must be able to lead and motivate employees to work as a team, be decisive and able to work under demanding operational conditions in a stressful environment. Must be able to work rotating shifts, days off and holidays. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills. Must possess an in-depth knowledge.
