Description Responsibilities:
Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations Adhere to all policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals Assist in the development and vision of formal count policies and procedures Assist with training, selecting, and developing team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action Direct the collection, sorting, counting, and recording of gaming revenue; the transfer of funds to the vault; the maintenance of the currency counting equipment; and the overall operations of the count room Verify count calculations and reconcile summary reports Ensure all count totals and transactions are timely and accurately recorded Reconcile discrepancies related to monetary assets Perform duties of Count Room and Lead Count Room Representatives as needed Ensure the count room is kept clean, safe, and free of hazards Ensure prompt and discrete notification to senior management of any observation of illegal acts and or internal ethics Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach Occasionally required to sit or stoop Must occasionally lift and or move up to 100 pounds Frequently required to push and pull heavy carts across the casino floor and back of house area The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
