JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Director of Facility Operations, the incumbent assists to ensure smooth and efficient Public Space operation. This position requires attention to detail when ensuring the casino is clean and up to standard. The position will require working a varied schedule that will include nights, holidays and weekends. Incumbent must demonstrate leadership qualities and have ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Incumbent is responsible for supporting the Director of Facilities with operations management, team member development, training, staffing and scheduling. In addition to, incumbent is responsible for the management of policies and procedures that support the Public Space department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
May include but are not limited to: Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks Assign work, check quality, train workers Order supplies and keep inventory Cleaning and supervising EVS Attendants as they clean the areas of the casino Ensure casino is properly sanitized and cleaned
