Lead all aspects of Slot Operations during your assigned shift, ensuring a seamless, high-energy gaming experience Inspire, engage, and develop your team—building a positive culture that attracts and retains top performers Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM's S.H.O.W. service standards Oversee daily operations, staffing levels, and guest experience metrics to drive performance and satisfaction Mentor assistant managers and team members to support growth and career development Analyze business needs and make real-time operational decisions on the gaming floor Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and operational procedures Safeguard company assets, including equipment, keys, and sensitive materials Lead training initiatives and ensure consistent execution of company programs Partner with leadership, vendors, and regulatory agencies as neededTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be at least 21 years of age 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Slot operations or equivalent management experienceTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
