Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their casino experience Supervise gaming tables and slot machines, ensuring compliance with casino policies and procedures Manage cash handling processes accurately, including payouts, bets, and chip exchanges Monitor gaming areas for suspicious activity or conflicts, intervening promptly to resolve issues Enforce rules and regulations to maintain fair play and uphold responsible gaming practices Assist in training new team members and provide leadership on the casino floor Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times Qualifications Prior supervisory or management experience within a casino or hospitality environment preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills Knowledge of casino operations, including gaming regulations and conflict management techniques Experience in guest services or conflict resolution is highly desirable Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and professional in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Casino Associate where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
