Job Description

We're hiring a Gaming Associate to support Fraser, Ltd.'s charitable gaming operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and a positive experience at licensed gaming sites. This role helps generate critical funding that supports Fraser's mission and services throughout the community.
What You'll Do:
Gaming Operations Conduct various games of chance as needed at licensed sites (training provided) Assist with bingo calling, poker, blackjack, pull tabs, and other gaming activities Coordinate with vendors regarding product delivery and placement Financial Tracking & Reporting Conduct audits of pull-tab machines and verify cash intake, ticket counts, and reporting accuracy Record E-Tab deposit amounts and assist with collections and deposits Collect, verify, and deposit gambling proceeds in accordance with Fraser policies and state regulations Document site totals, machine counts, payouts, vouchers, and overall financial activity Maintain inventory of gaming supplies and ensure timely ordering Compliance & Site Support Ensure compliance with North Dakota Games of Chance laws and regulations Identify and troubleshoot minor gaming machine issues and coordinate repairs as needed Maintain accurate records and support operational accountability across gaming locations
What You Bring:
Strong mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication and customer service skills Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn gaming equipment procedures Charitable gaming experience preferred, but not required Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
