We're looking for energetic, outgoing, self-driven individuals who live and breathe gaming—whether it's retro classics, modern hits, or everything in between. Gaming knowledge is a MUST Tabletop/TCG experience? Big bonus points. What You'll Be Doing This isn't a sit-back-and-watch role—you'll be right in the action: Creating awesome, memorable customer experiences every single day Running daily store operations like a pro (open, close, and everything in between) Owning inventory accuracy, logistics, and purchasing decisions Processing new products and fulfilling online orders Testing and prepping consoles for sale Driving store performance and helping the business grow Who We're Looking For We want leaders with personality—people who bring energy into the room: 3-4+ years of management experience (retail is a big plus) Natural leadership skills and the ability to energize a team A creative, problem-solving mindset Strong communication and people skills—you love talking to customers Comfortable troubleshooting both retro and modern gaming tech Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using tools like Excel Most importantly: a true passion for gaming culture Why J2Games?
