Job Description

Casino Shift Manager Night, Day, and Swing Shifts Position Summary:
Casino Shift Managers are responsible for overseeing all casino operations while ensuring exceptional guest service, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and operational efficiency. This role serves as the primary point of contact during operational hours and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming gaming environment for guests and staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day casino operations. Supervise and support team members to ensure effective operations and strong guest service. Assist guests with jackpot payouts, questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to jackpots, incidents, and operational activity. Monitor the casino floor to ensure cleanliness, organization, safety, and positive guest experiences. Work closely with management teams to ensure effective communication and operational transitions between shifts. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members while promoting accountability and teamwork. Respond appropriately to emergencies, guest disputes, and operational concerns. Ensure all areas of the property remain secure and operating efficiently throughout the shift. Assist with staffing coverage and operational needs. Promote a professional, guest-focused atmosphere at all times. Qualifications Previous casino supervisory or management experience is acceptable, but not required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Basic computer and reporting skills. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses/cards. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must be able to work weekends, and holidays as needed. Work Environment This position operates in a casino environment with exposure to music, smoke, and continuous guest interaction. The Casino Shift Manager plays a key role in ensuring guests have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
