Job Description

Description Responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of Gaming Audi Clerks. Prepares and reviews assigned journal entries and account reconciliations. Regularly interacts with all levels of team members in operating departments and the Shared Services Center. Performs responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures. Prepare and review monthly journal entries as assigned. Prepare and review account reconciliations for assigned accounts using Blackline. Assist in preparation of assigned Gaming Audit and Month End tie out of revenue. Provide information and reports to Management in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with Corporate policies and procedures. Responsible for the production of management reports, financial statements and other financial information. Prepare financial and statistical reports and balance sheet reconciliations ensuring completeness and accuracy. Responsible for following compliance with all gaming regulations and minimum internal control standards (MICS). Mentor, teach and supervise Gaming Audit Clerks.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. One (1) to Three (3) years of Accounting/Financial experience or related degree preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Prefer gaming and hotel experience. Excellent PC and spreadsheet skills. Strong organizational skills. Good decision making skills. Detail oriented, innovative, flexible and thorough task oriented. Can work independently with minimal direction. Must be flexible, able to handle multiple task, and establish priorities effectively. Must be able to obtain gaming registration for the jurisdiction in which the property is located. Must be able to access all areas of the casino as part of the requirements to perform duties as listed above. Flexible working hours and schedule required.
