Monday - Friday | 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Arcade Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day arcade operations Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels Approve and process employee payroll Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff Ensure excellent customer service and team performance Handle email correspondence with customers in a professional and timely manner Coordinate and manage private events hosted at the arcade Execute marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase revenue Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency Perform and oversee cash handling procedures using Clover POS Qualifications Previous management experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience with inventory control and payroll processes Proficient in money handling and POS systems (Clover POS experience a plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits Salary:
