The Casino Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the casino during assigned shifts. This position ensures smooth daily operations, maintains high guest service standards, and provides leadership to on-duty staff.

Core responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating all activities of on-duty casino staff Ensuring staff complete job duties in accordance with company policies and procedures Creating and maintaining positive relationships with guests, co-workers, and subordinates Resolving guest and operational issues and reporting concerns per company policy Ensuring compliance with all criminal laws, Nevada gaming regulations, and company policies Maintaining professional standards in all areas of casino operations Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card Excellent guest service skills required Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment High School Diploma or GED preferred College degree a plus Minimum of two years of management experience preferred Must be available to work varying shifts
