Full-time WANTED:
General Manager for Miniature Golf Course/Arcade/Food & Beverage Operation Are you an energetic, hands-on leader who loves hospitality, entertainment, and building winning teams? We're looking for a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a high-traffic miniature golf course, arcade, and food service entertainment venue. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and knows how to drive revenue while delivering an exceptional experience. The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, day-to-day operations, and financial performance of our year round family entertainment venue located on Johns Island, South Carolina. Sea Island Golf, LLC, includes a 36-hole mini golf course, arcade, food, beverage and retail sales. This role ensures exceptional guest experience, drives revenue growth across all attractions, manages staff, maintains facilities, and upholds safety and service standards.
Responsibilities Oversee all daily operations:
mini golf, arcade, concessions/food service Lead, train, and schedule a team of supervisors and frontline staff Manage food & beverage inventory, quality control, and safety compliance Insure all attractions, games and equipment are functioning properly and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed Drive revenue through events, birthday parties, group bookings, and promotions Develop and execute marketing strategies including online presence, corporate events and advertising Participate in regular business meetings with corporate ownership Monitor P&L, labor costs, and expense control across all revenue streams Oversee cash handling, POS and payroll systems, deposits and loss prevention practices. Maintain facility appearance, equipment functionality, and safety standards Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally Required to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally Required to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Qualifications 3+ years management experience in hospitality, entertainment, food service, or family attractions Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification preferred) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays High energy, organized, and guest-centric mindset.
