What You'll Be Doing Lead the arcade floor—supporting and coaching your team throughout your shift Deliver 5-star guest experiences (even during peak chaos) Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Keep the arcade clean, stocked, and organized Handle cash, registers, and payment controls with accuracy Assist with opening and closing duties Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly What It Takes to Win 2+ years of leadership or supervisor experience (retail, entertainment, restaurant, etc.) Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Cash handling and POS experience Professional, positive attitude under pressure Strong communication with guests, parents, kids, and your team Reliable, flexible, and adaptable Bonus Points Food service experience TABC or Food Handler certification Tech/computer skills or troubleshooting experience

Pay & Benefits Starting Pay:
