What You'll Do As our Arcade Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action—overseeing daily operations, leading a dynamic team, and ensuring every guest has an amazing time. Manage day-to-day arcade operations, including opening/closing procedures Lead, train, and schedule a team of arcade associates Ensure all games and attractions are clean, safe, and fully operational Deliver top-tier customer service and resolve guest concerns Monitor inventory (prizes, supplies, tokens/cards) and place orders Handle cash management, reporting, and basic budgeting Coordinate repairs and perform light troubleshooting on machines What We're Looking For Previous management experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability Basic technical aptitude (you don't need to be an engineer, just handy!)
