Potawatomi Casino Hotel Poker Floorperson:

Support Poker department management in daily table operations. Monitor tables, guests, and dealers. Supervise team members, as well as hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. Verify bankroll accuracy between shifts and assist with shift change counts. Ensure games run smoothly. Track guests length of play and average bet. Report unusual or suspicious activity to the Poker Manager. Handle Poker room administrative and accounting tasks. Foster positive guest relationships. Stay informed on gaming laws and company policies. Ensure full compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. What you need:

A high school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience dealing Poker or Table Games Even better if you have the following: Poker Tournament Director Association (TDA) certification
