Milwaukee, WI Pay:
Up to $85K DOE Our client in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a Poker Manager! Responsibilities
  • Manage all day-to-day poker room administration and set operational standards to optimize performance.
  • Lead full-cycle talent management, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.
  • Establish and maintain departmental goals focused on enhancing guest service and financial efficiency.
  • Conduct frequent floor walk-throughs and guest engagement to evaluate service quality and operational flow.
  • Optimize staff scheduling and oversee the coordination of high-profile special events and tournaments.
  • Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and gaming laws while proactively resolving suspicious activities. Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive poker operations experience (or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree).
  • Minimum of 2 years in a dedicated managerial role within a high-volume casino environment.
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, federal, and tribal gaming regulations and internal controls.
  • Ability to engage effectively with guests and stakeholders at all levels to support organizational goals.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and the use of standard casino and office management equipment.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential data and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
