The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time or part-time Slot Service Technician Supervisor to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia . As a Slot Service Technician Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and ensuring all work is carried out efficiently. What will you do? Arrange the working schedule for the slot service technician team Encourage personal development among team members Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to Conduct walk-a-rounds to ensure all equipment is operational and in compliance with state gaming regulations Assist with troubleshooting issues and arrange vendor repairs if machinery cannot be fixed in-house More about you Minimum of 3 years of related work experience required and minimum of 1 year of previous supervisory experience Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license and driver's license Excellent computer skills Ability to work a flexible work schedule Strong knowledge of gaming regulations preferred No college degree required Physical requirements Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time Ability to carry up to 70 pounds Shift details Overnight Weekends Evenings as needed Holidays Days 10hr shift 8hr shift Who we are Delaware North operates Mardi Gras Casino and Resort dating back to 2018.
