In this energetic role, you will ensure smooth operations at the slot machines, assist guests with their needs, and uphold the highest standards of guest service. Your leadership and management skills will shine as you oversee the gaming floor, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain a lively, welcoming environment that keeps guests returning. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with slot machine operations to enhance their gaming experience Monitor slot machines for proper functioning, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate repairs when necessary Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including payouts, vouchers, and ticket processing Enforce casino policies and rules to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for all guests Supervise guest interactions to resolve conflicts promptly and professionally while maintaining a positive atmosphere Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gaming area to meet health and safety standards Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering guest loyalty and satisfaction Qualifications Previous management or supervising experience within a casino or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and oversee daily operations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Proven conflict management abilities to handle guest concerns diplomatically Basic math skills for cash handling, payouts, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of casino operations and familiarity with slot machines is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating an exciting environment where every guest feels valued!
