This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable handling cash in a fast-paced casino environment while providing excellent guest service. Pay $16.90 - $18.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule Part-Time Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays Additional shifts may be available to assist with vacations or call-outs Position Overview The Cage Agent is responsible for accurately handling cash transactions, balancing funds, completing gaming documentation, and delivering professional customer service in accordance with company procedures and gaming regulations. Key Responsibilities Exchange gaming chips/tokens for cash and cash for gaming chips/tokens Operate assigned cage bank according to company policies and procedures Count and verify cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift Balance funds and complete required gaming paperwork and reports Verify and process bundled currency and coin transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area Assist fellow cage agents and team members as needed Provide friendly, courteous, and professional guest service at all times Qualifications Previous cash handling experience required Strong math and basic computer skills Minimum 2-4 years of related experience preferred Clerical or cashiering experience is a plus High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs High School Diploma or equivalent required Must be 21 years of age or older Must pass a background check Why Join Our Team?
