PLAYERS CLUB REPRESENTATIVE - FT/PT ROBINSON RANCHERIA RESORT & CASINO 1545 E
State Hwy 20, Nice, CA 95464
Part-time, Full-time Part-time, Full-time SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing support and outstanding service to club members and promoting the success of the players' club by assisting guests through the membership process.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Enroll new guests into the Robinson Rewards program and explain membership benefits, promotions, and rewards. Verify guest identification and ensure accurate player account information is maintained. Greets customers as a company representative and provides information concerning casino programs and amenities, off-site attractions, hotels and restaurants, and Robinson Rewards program. Issues promotional amenities, redeems coupons, and maintains accurate banks and inventory control records. Executes promotional drawings, giveaways, hot seats, & special events as needed. Promotes upcoming events, promotions, and special offers to increase guest engagement and visitation. Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner. Build and maintain positive relationships with guests through phone calls and direct interaction on the gaming floor to encourage loyalty, increase guest satisfaction, and promote return visitation to the property. Assist with player development efforts by building and maintaining relationships with guests both on and off property to enhance loyalty, increase guest satisfaction, and encourage return visitation. Resolve guest concerns or complaints efficiently while maintaining professionalism and de-escalate issues when necessary. Inventory of redeemable items. Makes live announcements on the gaming floor. Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
: High school diploma or GED required. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Professional appearance and demeanor. Good math skills are essential. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Must have computer skills in Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Must be able to speak, read and write the English language. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and any shift.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/OTHER
Must be able to pass background check and receive a gaming license from the Robinson Rancheria Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations. Must pass an annual Title 31 exam.
