Job Description Summary Performs specialized cleaning of the Tribal Government and Tribal Commercial Operations buildings indoor and outdoor premises using specialized or skilled cleaning methodologies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) Keeps trash containers clean and empty. Cleans walls, vents, using ladder as necessary. Cleans employee entrances and patio area, including furniture. Cleans tables, cabinets and chairs. Cleans public and employee bathrooms; replaces supplies. Cleans Tribal Administration offices and any other offsite office areas or task sheet. Equipment maintenance on a daily basis, must check all equipment before starting and ending shift. Complies with the Standard Operation Procedures within Environmental Services. Perform general floor care as needed (i.e. strip, wax, sweeps, mops, vacuums floors, cleans carpets). Removes litter from parking lots and nearby areas. Operate and perform preventive maintenance of all heavy cleaning equipment, i.e. street sweeper, utility carts, power wash, genie lifts, pallet jacks. Provides excellent guest service to both guest and internal clients. Supervisory Responsibilities None Access to Sensitive Areas and Information As per the ACGC access matrix. Signatory Ability None Qualifications Education and/or Experience Must be able to communicate in English. 1-2 years of custodial experience including experience usage of ladders, tools and specialized cleaning equipment. Must have a valid driver's license. Working Conditions/Physical Demands To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the Office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 30 lbs. on an intermittent basis. Share job details to
