Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to customers during the jackpot payment process and while servicing minor issues Develop thorough knowledge of all game functions including bonus features Respond to attendant lights, refill ticket paper, clear bill and ticket jams Provide cash services for guests including making change, providing payment for jackpots, hand pays and completion of tax forms Identifies machines requiring technician support Handles minor customer complaints/concerns Ensures tidiness of responsible areas Maintain the condition of all issued equipment including phones, radios and Mobile Attendant devices Assists in training new slot attendants Greets guests and maintains a friendly and inviting atmosphere Gives basic instructions to guests on all Slots, promotions and special events All other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be twenty-one (21) years old Must be able to perform basic and intermediate math Must have basic computer skills Must be able to lift and maneuver at least 25 lbs Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Education and Experience High School diploma or GED required Previous experience preferred At least six (6) months of cash handling experience required Employment Disclaimer Nothing in this job description alters the at-will nature of employment or creates a contract of employment.
