Duties Monitor and assist guests at slot machine areas, providing friendly and efficient customer service. Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including payouts and ticket exchanges. Supervise slot machine operations, ensuring all machines are functioning properly and reporting any issues promptly. Enforce casino policies and gaming regulations to maintain a safe and fair environment. Resolve guest conflicts or concerns swiftly with professionalism and tact. Lead and supervise a team of slot attendants, providing guidance and support during your shift. Conduct regular inspections of gaming areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. Experience Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of casino operations, slot machine management, and cash handling procedures. Ability to handle conflicts professionally while maintaining a positive guest experience.
