Respond promptly to guest requests, including machine malfunctions, payouts, and general inquiries. Verify and process hand pays, jackpots, and fills in accordance with established procedures. Assist with minor slot machine troubleshooting and coordinate with Slot Technicians for complex issues. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Observe player activity and report suspicious behavior or potential fraud. Promote player rewards programs and encourage guest engagement. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the slot floor area. Provide courteous, professional service to all guests and team members. Support promotions, special events, and tournaments as needed. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous casino or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license from the Michigan Gaming Control Board.
