Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Bingo/Raffle Worker to join our team. This role involves managing gaming activities, engaging with guests, and ensuring smooth operations during events. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service experience, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively environment where guest satisfaction and operational integrity are prioritized. Duties Conduct bingo and raffle games according to established rules and procedures Manage game supplies, tickets, and equipment to ensure proper functioning Assist guests with purchasing tickets, providing information, and answering questions Handle cash transactions accurately, including ticket sales and payouts Monitor game areas to ensure compliance with safety and gaming regulations Maintain a clean and organized gaming area throughout the event Record and report game outcomes and financial transactions as required Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Proficiency in cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions Good guest service skills to enhance overall guest experience Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours during events Basic understanding of game rules and regulations related to bingo and raffles This role is vital in creating an enjoyable experience for guests while maintaining the integrity of gaming activities.
