Primarily Overnight Shifts | Open Availability Preferred Join the WarHorse Gaming Team WarHorse Gaming is seeking energetic, guest-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team on the overnight shift. In this role, you will help create memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional food and beverage service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring every guest receives prompt, friendly, and professional service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people, and being part of a team dedicated to excellence, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Deliver prompt, efficient, and friendly service to all guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery. Review orders with guests to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. Develop knowledge of menu offerings and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Process transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas. Adhere to all health, sanitation, safety, and food service standards. Attend required meetings and training sessions. Provide exceptional guest and team member service at all times. Maintain a professional, clean, and polished appearance. Follow all company policies, procedures, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Must be at least 19 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as business needs require. Preferred Previous food service, server, or customer service experience. Experience using mobile devices and touchscreen technology. Food Handler, ServSafe, and/or TIPS Alcohol certifications.
