Job Description
Kennel Attendant Chester, NJ 07930 $16 an hour - Part-time $16 an hour - Part-time The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to feeding the animals and giving them medications, walking the dogs, cleaning the cages, washing/drying towels, emptying all hospital garbage cans and vacuuming and mopping hospital floors. This position requires weekday nights, weekend and holiday availability. The applicant should be familiar with domestic animals (own or owned dogs and/or cats). The right candidate for this job is a rising sophomore, junior or senior high school student with a strong sense of responsibility who is capable of working independently with companion animals. We would need someone long term, not just for the Summer. The shift is usually weekdays/weekends starting at 5 pm until 7 pm or later depending on when the work is done and weekends in the morning starting at 8:30 until 10:30 or when the work is done.
