In this role, you'll assist guests with outdoor amenity reservations, prepare premium seating areas, and provide food & beverage service in a fast‑paced, fun environment. What you will do Assist pool and beach guests with amenity reservations , including selling and booking: Cabanas Palapas Preferred seating areas Prepare all reserved spaces to ensure they are clean, stocked, and guest‑ready Deliver the highest level of customer service to guests using premium outdoor amenities Tend cash, credit, and comp transactions in accordance with company policies Assist guests by placing and delivering food & beverage orders Maintain a welcoming, professional presence in all guest interactions Uphold Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service standards
