The J Resort is a full-service hotel-casino with over 500 rooms and wide variety of Slots and Table Games. Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the guest experience Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly Adhere to all property appearance and uniform standards Maintain an open line of vertical and horizontal communication with staff and Management Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage service Clear and wipe down tables, chairs, booths, ensuring floor is clear of debris after each guest departs Reset tables for next guest according to department standards. Empties trash, collects and turns in linens Perform all opening, side work, and closing duties Maintains general cleanliness of the work area Be knowledgeable of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
