EVS - Utility

Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining public and back-of-house spaces within a facility clean and safe. Removes litter from guest areas, cleans ashtrays, slot machines, spills, broken glass, etc. Cleans and stocks restrooms as assigned Cleans various offices, lounges, gift shops, removing hazards, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, emptying ashtrays and trash receptacles, wiping down surfaces and performing other housecleaning tasks. Greet customers, answer customer questions and relay customer needs to other employees or to their supervisor

Competencies:

Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks as requested Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate in English Ability to work flexible schedules, to include nights, holidays and weekends

Work Environment:

Inside, Dry, Noisy, Heat, Hot, High Places, Hazards Fumes/Chemicals, second-hand smoke

Outside, Wet, Odors, Changing Temperatures, Cold Physical Demands:

Standing, Walking for long periods of time, Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling, Lifting and Pushing up to 50lbs, Bending/Stooping, Observing, Stretching, Turning, Balancing.
