The opportunity Delaware North's Patina Group is searching for full-time Pantry Attendants to join our team at Hudson Yards in New York, New York. What will you do? Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the identified team member on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelines Ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided, listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions Maintain a clean and organized pantry at all times, stocking and storing food products as needed and adhering to all health and sanitation standards Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously More about you At least 6 months experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisine Have a knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniques Ability to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skills No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as reaching up to 7 feet Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift Shift details
